What is Monkeynastix?
Monkeynastix is a specialised movement education program designed for children, focusing on physical and cognitive development through fun, movement-based activities. The program is designed to provide children with a solid foundation of fundamentals and help children build essential skills like balance, coordination, flexibility, motor imitation and strength.
This highly structured program is based on children’s developmental stages. The activities assist children in achieving their developmental milestones, activate their potential and build a bright future.
Not only does it enhance their cognitive and social abilities, but instill confidence in their physical capabilities, teach dicipline and builds a positive self-image. By creating a positive and engaging environment, we aim to foster a lifelong passion for fitness and empower children to reach their full potential!
How it works:
• The program consist out of a set curriculum based on Children’s Developmental stages. Each session is made age and skill-appropriate for the class.
• Energy-Packed Sessions: Weekly 30-minute to 60 minute session.
• Expert Guidance: Every class is led by a qualified Monkeynastix Instructor.
• Full of Variety: Includes music warm-ups, stretching, locomotions and work with specialised equipment.
We focus on the holistic development of your child, including:
• Physical Development: Improves strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Cognitive Skills: Boosts problem-solving, memory, and concentration.
• Social & Emotional Skills: Builds confidence and teaches teamwork and respect.
• Healthy Habits: We incorporate lessons on healthy eating, sun protection, hygiene, and environmental awareness.
• Rewarding Progress: We believe in building self-esteem! Every child receives a sticker after each session, a certificate at the end of the term, an awesome medal at the end of the year and other fun goodies.
